They were looking for Modesty, a “haunted” 8-12-year-old girl with “an inner strength and stillness. She has an ability to see deep into people and understand them.” In all likelihood, they found Modesty today among the thousands of hopefuls who turned up to audition.
BAFTA is currently auctioning 17 images from their exclusive “BAFTA, Backstage” photography collection. These photographs provide viewers with a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the British Academy Film Awards and include images of actors from the “Harry Potter” universe!
Daniel Radcliffe and Eddie Redmayne are among the famous faces who have been invited to join the prestigious Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences. In total, 322 people have been invited to become members, with many coming from various technical fields.
