Melbourne fans will have to wait until next year to see the beloved show, but there is some good news as well.
In response to Australian government guidelines, the Melbourne production of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” will now be suspended through November 1, 2020.

On December 1, 2019, the West Coast production of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” opened at the Curran Theatre in San Francisco, delivering a truly magical experience.
The citywide “Cursed Child” Challenge is on! The San Francisco production of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” is giving away front-row tickets to its opening show starting Friday, November 29.
San Francisco’s Curran Theatre is proudly welcoming “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” to its stage beginning with “Part One” on Wednesday, October 23 and “Part Two” on Thursday, October 24.
