MinaLima is an award-winning graphic design studio founded in 2009 by Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima. Mira and Eduardo started working together in 2001 on Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. They helped inspire joy and wonder with the creation of hundreds of unique graphic prop designs for the film series, including the Marauder’s Map, The Daily Prophet newspaper and many items for the set of Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes joke shop, as well as lesser-seen yet equally distinctive artwork.
Since finishing on the films, MinaLima have continued their involvement in the Harry Potter franchise with the packaging designs of various publications and collections (such as ‘Harry Potter: Film Wizardry’ from Insight Editions, and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment’s ‘Harry Potter Wizards’ Collection’). They also spent two years designing the street and store graphics for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley at Universal Orlando Resort, which opened in 2014. Currently in production on Warner Bros. Pictures’ highly anticipated return to J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, MinaLima’s creative alliance with the Wizarding World, under license with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, continues to flourish.[/toggle]
