Speaking to the BBC on the red carpet of the 2011 BAFTAs this evening, Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling confirmed she is working on “several” projects.

The Times Colonist is reporting that a movie about the life of J.K. Rowling will be shot in Victoria (Canada) this March.
It was announced today that the Harry Potter franchise will receive a special BAFTA Award for its “outstanding British contribution to cinema” at this year’s ceremony.
