House of MinaLima Announces Pop-Up Shop in South Korea

September has arrived, and it’s time to board the train back to Hogwarts and ready yourself for another year of magical experiences. It so happens that we have some exciting news to share that will help you truly experience the “Back to Hogwarts” spirit.

Most Potterheads are familiar with House of MinaLima (located in London, United Kingdom) and the absolute magic it offers to those who walk through its doors. Run by the fantastic design duo Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima, this gallery filled with magical props and prints is every witch and wizard’s dream location. Last year, MinaLima reopened at a new address in London and had every witch and wizard in the area buzzing with excitement. Now, the design duo has announced that they will be opening a pop-up shop in Paju, South Korea. It will be open to all witches and wizards starting October 1, 2021, so the wait won’t be as long as it’s been for Fantastic Beasts 3, at least.

No details about what to expect inside the pop-up shop have been revealed just yet, but one thing we know for sure is that it’s going to be absolutely magical. Perhaps it’s a good thing that it only opens next month – this way, South Korean witches and wizards can save up some Galleons before the official opening.

The pop-up shop will be located at 1F 503-1, Hoedong-gil, Paju, Gyeonggi-do, but that is about all we know for now. The announcement post on MinaLima’s social media pages teased some sneak peeks we can look forward to, so we’ll be keeping a close eye on their social media accounts and let you know as soon as they reveal more about what they’re planning.

If the pop-up they opened in Japan in 2019 is any indication, fans can expect to see amazing art from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films. They might also get the opportunity to buy some of MinaLima’s unique designs. Whatever MinaLima ends up doing, we’re absolutely sure that you won’t want to miss this, so mark your calendar.

Growing up, I was a massive fan of Harry Potter and my love for the stories grew as I got older. It’s no surprise then that I love writing about all things Potter related. When I’m not writing about all the magic, you’ll find me reading (probably something Harry Potter related), listening to music, or writing some songs.
