MuggleNet recently visited The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and – during chats with a few key (read: authorized to share) staff members – learned some exclusive information about the still “technically” rumored theme park expansion. The new information confirms most of what we have already heard – Gringotts, Diagon Alley, Hogwarts Express, etc. – but this time, details are finally revealed.

The Harry Potter series may have concluded nearly six years ago, but people around the world, of all ages, are still experiencing Harry’s world for the first time today. Two stories, from 20SomethingReads and Under the Gun Review, tell of adults’ reactions to the Potter books and films, respectively.

The International Quidditch Association kicks off its 6th Annual Quidditch World Cup today in Kissimmee, Florida. There are over 160 games scheduled for today’s division 1 games with the top 32 teams battling Sunday for single elimination bracket play to determine the champion!

You may remember last June, MuggleNet reported that Daniel Radcliffe was making his way back to the West End stage in Martin McDonagh’s The Cripple of Innishman this summer. As the time draws near, we wanted to remind you that the play will run from June 18 through August 31, with preview performances to begin on June 8.

Quidditch World Cup starts Saturday – Sunday’s games will be broadcast on web
The Quidditch World Cup is ready to roll, with 80 teams (60 Division 1, and 20 Division 2) set to battle it out and find out what squad will be the first team other than Middlebury College to be crowned Quidditch World Champion.
